I DEFINITELY feel you on "Who Would Have Thought I Fall In Love on X-mas Day" - Boyz II Men. I always thought it was a sweet and beautiful. Imagine how I felt when the man I fallen in love with months before (though I thought the feelings were unreturned), told me he loved me for the first time on Christmas day. That was the best Christmas present imaginable.
Another touching song "Now Behold the Lamb"-Kirk Franklin. I was driving home yesterday thinking about how it didn't feel like Christmas. I was reflecting on how we all get caught up in buying gifts, but forget to acknowledge Christ as the reason for the season. Anyway, during the drive home, the song came on the radio. When they got to the line "Why you love me so, Lord I shall never know", it brought tears to my eyes. |
