According to Rae Lewis Thornton, her honorary membership in Delta Sigma Theta has been rescinded.:confused:

My circle has been discussing this a lot on twitter and on facebook. 99 percent of us are experiencing emotions which range from disappointment to anguish to disgust. 1 percent are saying she brought it upon herself.

This is a serious black eye on all of Greekdom whether people recognize it or not.

Seems everyone is talking about this (except here). Listening to Ms. Thornton's story makes me wonder if the situation couldn't have been handled more diplomatically on both sides.:(
