This forum is actually about fraternity/sorority life, but I can definitely say that it's in Greek script.

Can't quite make out the letters but my best guess on what it says is: Paigza Dugasto Pistenogti

It's the arms of the Episcopal Diocese of West Texas (see the Alamo and the Lone Star in the first and second quarters). The mitre over the shield gives it away as the arms of a diocese.

The motto -- πάντα δυνατὰ τῷ πιστεύοντι (panta dunata to pisteuonti) -- is from Mark 9:23: "All things are possible to one who has faith."

Thanks, but it wasn't that hard really -- especially if you have a really geeky hobby like heraldry. :D

The mitre (aka the pointy hat) over the shield gives it away as a diocesan shield, either Catholic or Episcopal. The Alamo and the Lone Star give it away as being Texan, and probably related to San Antonio. Frankly, the design looked to me to be more consistent with other Episcopal arms than Catholic ones, so I started by finding the website of the Episcopal diocese that includes San Antonio, and voila -- there it was on the homepage. The I googled "Diocese West Texas motto" and found this, which describes the whole design.

It really took longer to type this than it did to find all this on the web.

Beat me to it MC. I knew right away it was a church shield.
