Can you start a sorority on campus after being dismissed from another sorority?
I would really like to continue being involved in Greek Life. Can I start a chapter of another national sorority on my campus, even though I've been dismissed from another sorority?

If you were initiated but later "dismissed", no, you can never be a member of another NPC sorority.
Also, NPC expansion doesn't work the way you seem to indicate. |
If you are an initiated member, no you cannot.
