USC-Aiken Initiation
hey y'all...just to let you know, we have a new chapter being installed this weekened (december 7 & 8) at USC Aiken. I'm so excited that a new link will be added to make 230! A few girls from our chapter here in augusta helped out with their pledging a while back. They're soo excited!! :D

:) The sisters of Kappa Zeta (Clemson) are so thrilled for you!! We really wish we could be there, but our finals run from this Saturday until next Saturday. :( We want to hear all about it, though! Get excited, hon, because we are!!

Yay! Another ZTA chapter! Keep us updated on how the chapter is doing!

I met a bunch of the Aiken girls when they came to Charleston for Race for the Cure. I have to say that we can all be proud of the quality ladies we now have for sisters! They are so much fun and so sweet! Congrats to them b/c I know they worked hard for it!!

Does anyone know which local group affiliated with us? I'm just curious...
|
No, I'm not sure. I was trying to find a USC-A website to look at a Greek Affairs page but couldn't come up with anything. Does anyone know if they have any other NPC groups on campus or what their greek system is like?
|
They have a couple of locals and at least one NPC groups, now two. I believe all the locals were being encourage to go NPC.
The locals are/were: Delta Zeta Chi (founded 1995) Kappa Lambda Phi (no info available) NPC: Phi Mu ZTA NPHC: DST AKA ZPhiB On the Registered Student Org list (9/01) neither local was listed, but all NPC/NPHC/IFC groups were. I just found a note (duh!) that Delta Zeta Chi affiliated with Phi Mu, so KLPhi must have gone ZTA. :-) Answered my own question... |
Thanks for the info, Barb, I knew you'd have (or find!) the answer.
If zetagrllaa is still around on GC, I'd love to hear about what they're doing at USC-A. How big the sororities are there, and how their new chapter is doing. Sounds like they're off to a great start, though, and I'd love to know if there is anything we can do to help!! ;) ZLAM |
I know the current edition of the Delta Zeta Chi website said they had 24 members.

thanks to the wonders of the internet I have gotten to know two GREAT girls from Aiken. The TLC that spent a lot of time with them is here at my chapter right now. Anyway...great group if the two I know are like the rest of our chapter! Yay for our newest links!!!

Hey everyone! I just read about all of your questions about us! Hey Diane....thanks for the good word....those of us that came to Charleston think the same of your chapter too! :)
We were Kappa Alpha Delta before becoming ZTA. The other greek life on campus is TKE, Sig Tau Gamma, and AKA, Zeta Phi Beta, Sigma Gamma Rho....I could go on. The only other NPC is Phi Mu.... We now have 37 girls! We have to get three more for total. We are having two crown events this week....but we pretty much have the cream of the crop already! We love road trips and would love to come visit some chapters....as a matter of fact me and my twin (we have twins right now....we get lil sis's next year) are going to Clemson next weekend (her man lives there) so we would love to meet some sisters....we really didnt get to meet any at Zeta Day. Anyways....feel free to email, PM, or IM me! p.s. any Zeta's at SC State Day.....i got a few #'s for ya.... 23123!!!! ;) |
