Hey, I'm k'la. (pronounced kayla) I live in Houston, Texas. Really thinking about joining a sorority at LSU. Any other girls going? I'm a sophomore in high school right now. {Removed photo--NP}

It'll be a long time before you graduate high school. You'll need to first graduate and get admitted to a college before you can worry about what happens in college (which sorority life is part of).

Take down the photo and identifying information. The photo will just be funny and kinda embarrassing a few years from now. The LSU part may come back to bite you if you end up going somewhere else than LSU.

Enjoy high school life and come back in a few years.

Did your folks really name you K'la? Is it on your birth certificate or did you just change the spelling for a nickname or something?

Holy hell. But, she's a sophomore, so I can't put too much blame on her not knowing how the world is. @White Daisy, if she takes her post down, I think it would be nice to take your QFP down too.

Going off the feed
1) 104lbs is not overweight unless you are 4'5". This spells eating disorders and insecurity. If you really think this I would suggest talking to someone you feel comfortable with.
2) Some of the retweets such as SGProblems and other things do not show true aspects of being in the sorority. Partying is not exclusive to being in a sorority. Being in a sorority is hard work which requires you to keep your interests in academics and the community. Please don't join if you are just looking to drink. It will be a waste of time and money to you and others.
3) You might want to look up the word classy.
4) For the love of everything make things private. How do kids not know to do that? You have grown up with the internet and should know better.

We have had problems here before with people posing as others.

I think amiblue means on twitter. I don't know enough about it to know if someone can do that.

And as much as we all wish, hope, pray that is the case...sadly...it's probably not. Remember, this girl isn't even old enough to remember the good Real World series where they all still had their own jobs and lives. She only remembers the hookup-fest drink-fest Real Worlds. Too many teenagers think that sharing everything about their lives is acceptable.

Oh my. Hopefully her sober high school doesn't see her twitter feed. That's just... Wow.

Oh. My. Lord. Lets hope she passes her English class AND gets into LSU before considering Sorority Life
