Colony Advice
 

Hey Sisters!

I am transferring to a school next fall that doesn't have a chapter and I am interested in bringing Tri Sigma to campus. I contacted Nationals about how to get started but am still awaiting a reply. I was curious if any of you have had experience with colonizing a chapter and could offer tips or advice.

Do you know if the school is considering expansion at all?

Have all the NPC chapters at the school been consistently making quota and total?

Are Greek relations on the campus positive overall?

Do you have sufficient alumnae support in the area to serve on an advisory board?

These are important things to consider.

Hopefully the school you will be attending is in expansion mode and Tri-Sigma would be a good fit and all the other stuff 33girl said. But that's a LOT. Best of luck to ya, but I wouldn't be holding my breath. But if it's something you have an outside chance of success with, it certainly would keep you busy for the next 2-4 years.
