Presuming you didn't add the caveats at the end, I like that there is no pretense about recs being or not being required. They are, and here's info about them. That's great.

No, I didn't add caveats. Arkansas Panhellenic is upfront about recs.

It'll be a long week, but glad we get to knock it out in one this year, instead of drawn out in two like this past fall.

Does the Panhellenic President's welcome really include "...being apart of a ..."

I admit to judging people by their use of grammar and punctuation, while trying to focus on the underlying message. Still, in a professional product????

I don't know how professional the product is, as it has an incorrect date of Phi Mu's founding.

Tulip86 06-19-2012 08:13 AM

There are multiple errors in the booklets. Several founding dates are incorrect (Pi Beta Phi, Phi Mu), and a lot of grammar/spelling errors. (Fluer de lis anyone?)

33girl 06-19-2012 09:52 AM

They also spelled Farrah wrong, yo. Ryan O'Neal's going to open a can of whoopass on them.

Although calling this a "professional" product in any way shape or form is a stretch.

Early Registration ends 6/30/12, and the last day to register is 7/15/12 for 2012 formal recruitment.

Maple St Alum 07-05-2012 03:28 PM

Does anyone know how many girls have signed up for formal recruitment? I know that 1,500 is the number that everyone is tossing around.

hootyhoo 07-06-2012 12:01 AM

As of last week I had heard we were between 1000-1100...but we've still got a week and a half to go. I honestly don't think we'll hit anywhere close to 1500. My guess would be close to 1200 (fingers crossed this doesn't blow up in my face in the next week).

hootyhoo 07-06-2012 10:34 PM

I spoke too soon...got word we hit 1200 early this week so I have no idea where we are now.

IFC

Hi,

Could someone please explain to me how IFC fraternity recruitment will be conducted in the fall, specifically for the new chapters? My main question is, do I need to register with greek? Also, would their rush be formal like the other established chapters?

Help - I have emailed both of the new fraternities and have received no response.
