Is TCU adding another chapter?
My friend is going to TCU and even though I want to go to the enemy SMU, we're both planning on going through recruitment. We go to the same school and were able to find sorority women to write us recommendations but my friend heard from a TCU sorority alumna who is writing our recs that they might be colonizing. Is this true? Even though SMU does deferred recruitment and TCU fall, we've both managed to secure 2 recommendations per house but she needs to know if she'll need 2 more. Any clarifications?

AOII is colonizing in the fall of 2012, I think after formal recruitment is over.

Old Row is correct, here's a link. http://www.greeks.tcu.edu/phc-ext-info.html
It actually appears they voted to add 2 new sororities- the first will be AOII this fall, and another at a later date. Best of Luck during recruitment Texas! |

OP, is your question on whether you need an AOPi rec? You will not need it for formal recruitment. I will let an AOPi comment on whether or not a rec is appropriate for colony recruitment, should you choose to go that route.
