Gamma Phi

My friend recently joined Gamma Phi at FSU and I was wondering what some of the other chapters are like at other colleges.

My intern this summer is a member of Gamma Phi at FSU. I only know what I have heard from her about the Gamma Phi chapter at FSU. However, I think very highly of her, she is a bright, intelligent, beautiful, outgoing young woman.

Gamma Phi Beta is colonizing at A&M in 2003-good luck and welcome to A&M:)

Gamma Phi Beta in Iowa State is awesome, intellegent and fun girls, and *ehem* good looking girls. :D

The Gamma Phis at Syracuse were absolute sweethearts! We did our first ever homecoming with them and they were as into it as we were, we got first place. Totally down to earth, really, just what a sorority should be. And they can party too! Nothing but good memories of them.:)

The GPhiB's at my school are lovely ladies, brunettes predominantly, a bit quieter than some, but very aproachable. no one has ever spoken badly of one to my knowledge.

I love G-phis here at Nebraska. They were our block for football games this season. They're all intelligent, sweet, attractive and *ahem* thirsty girls. Some of them are quite the boozers, but it's all good. They are some of the sweetest girls here on campus. I also know a couple K-state g-phis, and my friend there loves them as well.

Gamma Phi's here are not the nicest girls, but, hey they are popular with the boys. They are fun, girls that like to party, a whole lot! They've gotten into some trouble, one of their pledges was rushed to the hospital for alchohol related hazing, so we don't know what's going to happen to the chapter, not good...but that's kind of Gamma Phi typical here, sorry to say!
Hey, I could have seen myself as a Gamma Phi, they are a quite popular, attractive house.

In all honesty at UM they are not that popular (they have some of the nicest girls though) and are known as annoying (we all have those). I felt bad for them b/c both fraternities they were partners with for Greek Week, we were told didnt even show up for the first meetings and barely did anything. LIke AZD they can have a tough time recruiting.

I am not sure if there are any in NC, but I have looked at there colonization material and they seem to have it all together!

I felt a large focus on grades and leadership!

One of my really good friends from high school is a gamma phi and she is awesome. She says her girls are great too. They always have to finish rush early cause they fill their quota. :)

thanks for everyone's input! I can tell my best friend has made the right decision becoming a Gamma Phi Beta! : )

I love the ones I've met at GMU! :D As I said in another thread exactly like this one, if I had gone to GMU, I would have wanted to be a Gamma Phi Beta! Of course, your description of them does fit me pretty well, so no wonder I got along with them :)

Gamma Phis are strong at Arizona State. They are intelligent and confident girls here. They have won Chapter of the Year for the past 2 years.

sundevil2000 12-09-2001 02:04 AM

My old roommate was a Gamma Phi and she loves it but 2 of my friends that just joines this year said they dont like it too much and they are dropping next semester. I guess it really depends.
