So I didn't watch this show last season, but I've been watching so far this season and I really enjoy it.

There was a girl on tonight, Adley Stump who is a Pi Phi from Oklahoma State! She was very good!

You beat me to it! I also didn't watch last year, but I loved the premise of the show so I decided to tune in for this season. So far, so great. I hope Adley does well!

Ditto...I am now addicted to this show, and I have never watched American Idol or any of these singing shows.

Well, in case anyone cares, I'm headed to NYC in March to audition for 'The Voice'. I have NO idea what to expect, but too many of my friends and family have begged me to consider it. So, if it's not to much to ask, please send some positive energy my way. :)

She was great but she needs to stop doing that crap with her hair. It's just so... awkward. I was disappointed to see that she wore it like that again in the promos for next week's show.

Hi, IrishLake! Thank you so much! And I am NOT using my opera voice this time. It's soulful R&B gospel all the way this time. I feel, with this kind of pressure, I'd rather NOT be worried about technique anymore. LOL!! ;)

Last season was great! I really liked Shakira and Usher and am disappointed to have CeeLo and Christina back. Am I the only one?

I loved Shakira...wish she was a regular. Maybe Christina will have learned a thing or two about class from her. CeeLo is funny and I did miss him. But I love the give and take between Blake and Adam. I have my DVR set to record all new episodes. Will Blake once again prevail?

Christina isn't my fave judge...she's made some sketchy moves in the past.

I loved Shakira. She is such a sweet soul and a genuinely nice person. I was also really, really impressed with Usher. Class act. I wish both of them were returning!

They are for season 6 (which I believe starts in January).

CeeLo is fun to watch.

I like watching the banter between Adam and Blake, they crack me up.

I have to admit I was surprised that Blake didn't use is "I've won 3 times" more often than he did when trying to get the contestant to choose him as a coach.

When more than one coach turns their chair, does anyone else try to guess who the contestant is going to choose? I'm one of those dorks who is yelling along with the audience either "Blake", "Adam", "CeeLo" (sorry to Christina fans, she has never impressed me).

Do you know if Shakira and Usher are replacing the same judges, or a different combo this time?

Shakira and Usher are replacing CeeLo and Christina again.

I'm surprised by who the judges kept during the knock-out rounds. Some of the people were amazing and I'm glad the judges kept them, but others I just wanted to scratch my eyes out because I truly despise their voices and I'm like "OMG please stop singing with that nasely and sharp voice".
