The Phi Kapppa Tau chapter at CSU-Chico has been suspended and will not be permitted to do rushing this term. Underage drinking is alleged.

Yes, it's "that" Chico back in the news. Sigh.

The CSU-Chico IFC is imposing additional sanctions. The chapter is appealing. In addition Phi Tau HQ has placed its own requirements on the Chico chapter.
