I guess the million moms missed when back in the 1980s JC Penney did a major deal with Halston...who was WAY gayer than Ellen is.

I think the "One Million Moms" (which is still on FB) missed a lot over the last few years!!

I love Ellen and everything she stands for. She is a woman who is intelligent, kind and confident. She is steadfast in her beliefs without being abrasive.I have never heard of her being rude or uncharitable to anyone. I wish more people were as kind as she is. Ellen displays the socalled traditional values that One Million Moms preaches much better than they do. OMM are just petty, rude and meanspirited. They and their children would benefit from listening to Ellen more.

If you've never seen her Tulane graduation speech, it is worth a watch.
