Difference of Frat Boys and Fraternity Men
 

We had a big Greek Life discussion on this topic, and I just want to know some opinions. If you haven't seen the video, here is it (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_euVK6k83Eg).


With that out of the way, what do you think is needed to turn "Frat" boys into Fraternity men? Do you think is it partly a recruitment problem? Or do you think the older members need to set that example?

I hope we can get a somewhat long discussion like we did this afternoon.
