One error in the article: Margie Phelps is one of Fred Phelps' daughters, not his wife.

Folks keep giving them attention...

Those tweets by Margie Phelps were sick. And yet, laughable.

I keep seeing them on the news, and I keep on thinking, "Couldn't they have taken up knitting or something?" I mean, at least knitting's constructive.

Meh they are just doing this because it will be a very high profile funeral, even without the controversy.

They are very hypocritical. They claim they are prophets of God and do everything the Bible says. However, there are SEVERAL verses in the Bible that they willingly ignore/violate: Proverbs 24:17-18, Ezekiel 18:32 and Proverbs 17:5, just to name a few.

I saw this headline and thought of course they are. High profile funeral = media attention.

State College, PA could learn a thing or two from Brandon, MS.

I think she means that she would kick the ass of the WB"C" protestors.

I knew what she meant. It makes no sense to fight over Joe Paterno or Penn State.

I would fight over a family being able to grieve over the lose of a family member. In privacy.
