Spring rush?
I did formal recruitment last semester but was dropped but for one. They offered me a COB but because of problems with the greek office at the time i couldn't accept it. Should i try to do informal recruitment with them this semester or wait till next fall to do formal?

That is a personal choice only to be made by you. Of course, it also depends on if the group in question is holding informal spring rush events and even giving out bids. If they aren't, then you know you'll have to wait for fall.

well i know they're doing spring this year and im just scared i wont get in
|
It also depends how likely sophomores are to get bids at your school. If you're on a campus where sophomores are heavily cut, you might be better off to go through spring recruitment.

Well greek life here isn't that competitive and alot of junior and seniors rush and still get bids but i might just go through with spring. I mean i guess it couldn't to try. Thanks for the advice

Give it a whirl. You might fall in love with a sorority and if you don't you've always got a chance in the fall.

Conquering your fear of rejection is tough but necessary if you want to have a full life. Nobody can guarantee you a particular outcome but the process can be very instructive for a lot of obstacles you'll encounter in your life. As FSUZeta said, give it a whirl. It may seem like the worst that can happen is you will die, but in reality the worst that can happen is your membership status doesn't change from what it is now. Good luck!
