Son Accepted to Alabama!
 

No joke, just minutes after the kick-off of the Alabama vs LSU championship game my husband brought in today's mail....and there it was, a large envelope addressed to our son from the University of Alabama!! It was his acceptance letter and the certificate!!! OMG, just as we are watching the big game on t.v.!! How cool is that?? Just needed to share our exciting news!!

I guess that you know who we are rooting for now!!! What is it you all say? Roll Tide!!!

We are in California, btw, any UA families on GC from the west coast??:)

Since the tv ratings for the "All SEC" BCS game were at an all-time low, I'm guessing many of your neighbors in California were not watching!

Congratulations to your son. Our daughter is completing her Masters degree at Bama-yep, survived the tornado!- and has enjoyed her (almost) 2 years there. We, however, are from Florida.

My son is a student at Bama...he loves it! I know your son will love it too. Roll Tide!
