Auburn Phi Mu Killed :(
 

Please pray for the family and friends of Libbie Ainsworth, an Auburn Phi Mu who was killed in a wreck. Her boyfriend, Drew Cole, an Auburn football player, was injured but has been released.

I just saw this and a picture of them. What a beautiful girl. One of the girls from my daughters pledge class at LSU transfered to Auburn. It is so scary how quickly your whole life can change. I will say a prayer for her family and for his.

Libbie was one of those well-loved students and will be so missed.

Her boyfriend's beloved dog was thrown clear of the wreck and was found injured but basically okay several hours later.

If you have a friend on Facebook, you may already see the statuses that say, "To keep forever sacred the memory of those we have loved and lost." Phi Mus everywhere are mourning the loss of another incredible woman. My prayers are with the Auburn Chapter and the rest of my sisters. God has another angel.

I simply cannot for the life of me wrap my head around why she was not wearing her seatbelt. (the original article does not state this, but updated articles do) Such a beautiful, educated and remarkable young women. Prayers to her family, sisters and friends. Please talk to your children, your sisters, and your family about the most basic of all safety issues in motor vehicles....wear a seat belt and don't be a distracted driver.
