North Korea's Kim Jong Il Dead
|
Great. Now his least incompetent son takes over, right?
I hate watching the staged, canned parades and fake outpourings of adoration the north Korean government will put on the news. |

I loved that movie! Poor Hans Blix.

I read some article online and the first comment was something to the affect that everything's going to be pooping rainbows in North Korea now. I refrained from calling the person retarded, so you can be proud of me for that.

Some times I really wonder which is the bigger theocracy, Vatican City or the PRK. And then I decide, the PRK.

CNN just showed N. Koreans weeping uncontrollably over the loss of their dictator. Interesting mourning period.
Every nation has its own power dynamics whether dictatorship, democracy (in which those in power will remain in power regardless of who is officially in office), or other form of government. North America is often held as "the savior" for other nations, in an attempt to instill certain ideals on the world and scoff at the ideals of others. |

Funny, this was the first thing that popped in my head when I heard he died. |
I wish I could say this was satire but it's not....

Also, the country was still editing photos. I stumbled upon one right after his death where they shopped out a camera crew and their footsteps because they weren't close enough to the rest of the crowd. /random thought |

I guess this goes with what PiKA2001 posted. |
