I still don't "get" tumblr. I may check the site out to see what it's all about.

I don't get it either. At all. I get pinterest, but not tumblr. I feel behind on the times.

Tumblr is addictive, you can find pretty much anything you want! The number of hours I spend reading history, dance, and Alpha Gam related posts is ridiculous I am sad to say. However, I have "met" some lovely Alpha Gams through tumblr :)

I get why people don't get Tumblr at first glance. It looks complicated, but it's really simple to use once you get the hang of it. You basically create your own blog with a unique URL. You can make it as detailed or as simple as you want. You don't really have to be HTML-smart to do it either. Then you find people to follow, whether they are people you know or random people who post things you like. You can track tags, which just helps to separate the content into categories that interest you. Most people's Tumblrs are photo-blogs, but there are also music blogs and regular blogs.

I have met a lot of really awesome ASTs through Tumblr too, as well as some other nice Panhellenic women :)
