A pin question
I am the president of a service group (NOT a service sorority!) from my hometown. We've recently undergone a huge transformation, and our adult members have put a little bit of pressure on us to purchase some kind of pin to wear when we do service activities in the community (to indicate our membership in this org).
We looked into Pinmart, but they required too large an order as a minimum. Does anyone have experience with any other pin companies without huge minimum orders, even if the price is higher? Thank you! |
I ordered some pins for my sorority. Fully designed for around $13 per pin. I did have to order 50 of them, but I'm very happy with them. Trouble is, I'm not in the US
My suggestion... draw up a design, send it to many companies (I'm sure there are heaps - google "custom lapel pins no minimum") and get lots of quotes and then go with the one that is the best or the friendliest. Or you could get button badges. My pin designs that I sent the company: An idea for a simple lapel pin http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7001/6...aa144fd9d7.jpg Something more complex - seriously I mocked this up in Powerpoint http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7017/6...97d6b38843.jpg What they sent me back http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7157/6...aeb18fe8c7.jpg The final product http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3081/5...5843f20a_m.jpg |
Thank you! How did you mock that up in powerpoint? I'm not that skilled at all...

We chose a font we liked, then I made text boxes with our letters in them and just rearranged them until we had something that we liked. You can do the same thing in Word.
If you have an idea of what kind of badge you are after, I could give it a shot. :) |
