Advisor Notebooks
 

Hey! I hope y'all can help me!! I am working with the collegiate chapter and there seems to be confusion about which officer orders the advisor notebooks, like for Operations, Finance, etc.
The Purchasing Officer says it's not her and the Finance Officer didn't think it was her either...

Speaking of emailing IHQ, aren't officer reports and handbooks etc supposed to be in the members-only area on the website? I guess they are still working on that part.

Hey Lynn, as the out-going Purchasing Coordinator for my chapter, I really don't think it's the Purchasing officer's responsibility. I only had to order chapter shirts and party favors...things like notebooks, composites, etc. were not my job. I would talk to the VP-F again and if it's not in her binder, it sounds like it might be the VDPM's responsibility.

Thanks, that's the same ans. the Pres got from Purchasing, lol! The VP-F was in the meeting when we were talking about it..anyway, I've emailed IHQ.
