Lavaliering
At the beginning of this semester, I started dating a girl who has a couple years left in school. She is basically the Delta Chi sweetheart here at my university. I will be completing school in Dec and I wasn't sure if you can lavalier the gf of an alumni member. It would obviously be too soon to lavalier her this semester, but she is good friends with a lot of my brothers and will be in school for a couple more years. Could I lavalier her a year or two from now even though I'll be an alumni?

You'd have to ask your fraternity. I had a friend whose alum boyfriend (in another fraternity) lavaliered her during her senior year, so it isn't unheard of.
You might want to edit your post to leave out your school. |
Thank you so much for your answer. That's what I was hoping.
I'm a charter member of my chapter (as we were only founded in 2005 and chartered in 2008) so I would think that there is actually no precedence yet...in which case I would assume that I could do it...especially since I will probably be sitting on the the alumni board as soon as this semester is over. |
If you're going to be around the area, I don't see why not. I'd ask your ABT and see how they feel too. ITB.

Thank you brother. I don't plan on leaving our hometown at all. Since I'll be on the ABT soon...and hope to be the BB within a few years, I would assume I can do whatever I want :-P
ITB sir. |
