This is so crazy because I heard deaths come in 3s or 7s. There were 3 deaths last week, then a 4th so I have been expecting 3 more to make 7. Then BOOM, 3 more all at once.

My phone was blowing up with texts, ... the newsfeed on FB was clutter with NOTHING but this update for hours, ... and everyone I've talked to is absolutely SHOCKED. The news folks aren't saying anything other than confirming his death. :(

I can understand they want to give the family time, as well as find out exactly what happened. But the LEAST they can do is tell us his symptoms. I read that someone called 911 to report a collapsed man in his driveway of his Beverly Hills home. They said he was responsive and talking once the paramedics got there, but then died shortly afterwards at the hospital. What in the WORLD is going ON?!

Heavy D performed at the 2011 BET Hip Hop Awards in October 2011. It was his first live performance in 15 years. Myers died on November 8, 2011 in Los Angeles, California, at the age of 44. Vibe reported that he died due to "respiratory issues".

I was so hurt to hear this too...my friend and I talked about how good he looked on the awards show! This just reminds me to cherish the time we have here on earth.
