If you could only choose one, which would it be?...

I didn't know what to title this thread, but if you could only choose one, which would it be.

1. To sleep when you're really, really sleepy.
2. To eat a really good meal when you're really, really hungry.
3. To drink a nice tall, cold glass of water, juice, or thirst quencher of your choice when you're really, really thirsty.

I'm going to say sleep when I'm really, really sleepy. That's the most miserable feeling, when my eyes are really heavy without any sleep. Like, when I was in school, when I had to study all night, and I couldn't go to bed. Instead I had to go right to class. It felt like heaven when I could go to bed, though.

Water.

Have you ever read "The Search for Delicious"?

It's a children's book but it relates to this.

Sleep. I can't function if I'm really sleepy.

Drink, because I can't eat, sleep or function when really thirsty

Drinking. If I eat something when I'm really hungry, I eat stuff that messes with me because I'm starving. I can usually push through being sleepy. But if I don't have something to drink, I feel like I'm going to die.

Eat. I get disoriented if I miss a meal.

Sleep! Being exhausted in class or at a meeting at work is the WORST! I can stand being thirsty or hungry, but when I'm tired, there's no stopping my eyes from starting to close. It's a struggle to keep them open, and that's all I think about. A nap at those times would be WONDERFUL.

Sleep. I was so tired today that I didn't even want to walk to my car to go home. So drowsy, like I was drugged. The problem is, when I get that tired, sometimes I am too tired to sleep, which is a weird phenomena.

Speaking of sleep, it's time for me to head there. One more post though, in D & R... lol

this is a really tricky question - but probably sleep.

I'm a terrible, horrible, no-good person without food and drink, but I'm probably worse without sleep.

I'm assuming it would be really awesome, restful sleep

Drink! There is no feeling I hate more than being dehydrated. Plus, when I'm properly hydrated I'm less likely to feel the exhaustion that a couple of you mentioned and if I'm starving hungry, the water will fill up my stomach a bit until I can find some food.

Water. I've gotten used to not sleeping when I want, and when I'm really really hungry anything is as good as everything else. But there's just no getting around that NEED for a tall glass of cold water. I feel like Spongebob in the episode where he visits Sandy without a water bowl and shrivels up and is surrounded by cold water that he just can't have lol. air is not good patrick. air is not good. it's past my bedtime.

I seriously just laughed so hard reading this.. I remember that episode very well and I totally agree with you on that one. I also feel like this when I need lotion on my hands.

Sleep. I will always choose sleep over food and drink. Or anything else.
