Just saw it on the Apple website. So sad.

Honeykiss1974 10-05-2011 07:46 PM

I'm watching it on ABC now. RIP!

OMG. I saw this on Twitter & thought it wasn't true (because Twitter says people are dead all the time when they're not.)

:(

Facebook has been blowing up for the last hour. So very sad. Prayers for his family and friends. :(

The iPod came out almost 10 years ago.

Man.

My husband told me this earlier this evening. It really shook him up because his uncle has been fighting pancreatic cancer for over a year now.

I've been feeling horrible about this all night. Deep down inside, I felt that things weren't looking good for him when he resigned. I hope he left happy memories with his family.

We're glad to have had him among us for a while. Rest in peace, Mr. Jobs.

I took this photo earlier in the evening:

It's because of Steve Jobs that I am completely unable to work out, wait in the Dr's office waiting room, fly, study, fall asleep, get ready to go out, go to the salon, or wake up in the morning without my two little white earbuds and that little purple rectangle.

Also, my sorority sister tweeted this pic of the makeshift memorial outside of the the San Francisco Apple store where she lives. Those are hundreds of sticky notes on the window from Apple lovers saying "thanks, Steve." :(
