does anyone know a phone number or email address for Valentine Studios that does most of the composites? I ran a search and I didnt come up with anything helpful.

Probably because it's under Vantine, dude. ;) I did have to look on a composite, believe me I didn't know that off the top of my head.

Their site is http://vantine.com but all I'm seeing is black screen. Try this number: 1-800-448-8484.

Try looking up Fraternal Composite. They always did our composite. Better yet, get bids from both and make them aware that you are shopping around.

My 1,839 cents: Stay as far away from Vantine as possible. We have had them the past 5 years, and each year we have had problems: Members out of order....members forgotten....missed dates/times to take pictures...etc. We are still waiting for our Composite that should have arrived about 13 months ago. I say, shop around.

Once I find out which company our Greek Council USED, I will tell you to stay way the hell away from them. This is why.

--Misspelled names
--5 weeks late
--Bad customer service
--The list goes on and on and on

I would stay away from Vantine, they've messed up our composites several years, and this year, my last year, they repeated the date!!!

We've been with Vantine for quite some time and haven't had any problems!:confused:

Ha 1365-maybe its a Sigma thing, but we are going back to Vantine after an awful experience with CCI. CCI's photographer was super rude and completely unprofessional. Everyone knows the drill-you have to do the "chin up a smidge, now shift left, right shoulder down" stuff, and we're all used to it. Well, this guy started posing me, and then walked away and mumbled told me that "I don't care, I just want to get my *&^@!# picture taken and get the h&ll out of here, right?" :eek: Um, thanks, but no. I want my pictures to look nice, as they are not only on the wall of my house forever, but also sent to relatives as Christmas gifts and sent to the paper for press releases. Rrrrrrgh. The man we had from Vantine my fresh and soph years was great-the two best pictures I've ever taken in my entire life.

Well I just had my first experience being in charge of composites, and the Vantine reps I worked with were wonderful! They had me go over everything after they were finished to make sure that all names were spelled correctly, everyone was in the right place, and everything! Maybe different reps work differently, but seeing as how we've never had a problem with them and I had a great experience with them (they even gave me $10 off my personal portait package for "helping"... lol) I had no problem signing the contract for another year. :) I'm sorry everyone else has had such a bad experience though...
