Question....
Hi, I'm wondering, I'm not ina sorority yet, but i have always wanted to join one...I'm 19 and married to a navy man, will any of that blow my chances of acceptance? And if not then what one could i join, does any one know?

That depends on the sorority. For an NPHC sorority, no, it will (should) not affect your chances of acceptance.
The rules about marriage for NPC sororities differ, if I'm not mistaken. Hi bb_grl, like Miss Zeta Ace says it does depend on the sorority and which council they are in as well as locals and MC groups. There are a lot of other groups though that don't have set rules on being Married. I know a lot of the MC groups don't have that ruiling either. Our chapter doesn't care if you are married, however, I know of three other sororities on my campus that make in mandatory to go alum once married.
