UTA = University of Texas at Arlington/Mavericks
UT = University of Texas/Longhorns

Longhorn, you might also keep your ears open for informal rush opportunities. I don't think there will be a lot of that, but there may be some. That way you could start enjoying your sisterhood much sooner!

Hello, I would also suggest you take out some of the idenifying info.
That being said UT is a tough recruitment.. especially for upperclasman. I would encourage you to get good grades, find some clubs/activities and keep a good reputation

In other words, "UT" often means something other than the University of Texas in all its many forms. It would be helpful if GreekChatters could specify.

THanks everyone...but as for the ass hole comment and the rudeness for me calling myself pretty...i'm not looking for any of that here so i would appreciate it if you would keep those comments to yourself. they are unneccesary and are not helping my current situation. so please take your negativity elsewhere.
