Report Hazing

Can you report a fraternity or sorority for hazing if you don't get a bid and you are not a pledge

If you want to look like a bitter also-ran who can't mind his own business.

Yes, but it wouldn't be advisable unless someone's life is in danger. Otherwise you'll just look bitter.

Yes, if you are aware of any hazing going on. No, if you're just trying to get back at the fraternity for denying you.

If it is a legitimate case of hazing that can be substantiated with proof, anyone can report it to the Greek Life office, Dean of Students and/or local authorities. If you have no proof and are bitter you did not receive a bid, don't do it.

What is this hazing you speak of?

If you real question is: Can anyone report a real case/matter of hazing, the answer is yes. One does not have to be a member in order to report it. And, as pointed out, there are many places to report problem to: Greek Life office, Dean of Students ,local authorities and/or National Office.
However, if this is a case of bitter grapes, that you did not get a bid, do not eve go there. I would not go any further here-If you have any more questions, talk to your advisor at school first.

More or less a P.S. to my prior posting. I agree with the above. I also took the time to review your prior postings. And having read them, I do have to, at the very least have to wonder just how much you knew about rush before you started, how you presented yourself, and just what happened during it.
That said, This is not the place to answer any of those or anyone else's questions.
If the problem is real-report it.
If this is some sort of way of getting back-drop it now.
Any questions-talk to an advisor at your school.
