I just wanted to drop in as a proud momma of a new Delta Zeta at Iowa! I hear good things about this sorority. I'm glad my daughter is a part of it!

Hi scrapcat!!! Congrats & welcome to you as a new DZ mom, and your daughter! I hope she finds DZ to be a very enriching sisterhood, and a place she can call home for the rest of her life, like I and many of my sisters have!

Thanks for posting, Scrapcat! Your daughter has made a great choice! Delta Zeta has been a part of my life for the past 25 (!) years; I've made great friends and lots of wonderful memories. Your daughter has a lot to look forward to!

I followed your thread and enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing the bid day picture of your daughter's group - it was so wonderful, I could see life long friendships in the making. Many chapters have an active mothers' club. I hope you receive information about Iota's mothers' club. I hear that the chapter house is very interesting - will your daughter be living in the house next year?

I'm very thrilled for my daughter. Delta Zeta was her favorite house right from round one. She has already made several great connections and is jumping in socially. I'm planning a road trip to visit Iowa. I can't wait to see the house. I hear it's one of the most beautiful! My daughter can't wait to live in the house. She's having so much fun I can barely get her to call!
