Since your school doesn't have greek life, you first need to make sure they are open to having sororities on their campus. Your student activities office or whatever office handles student organizations and groups on your campus should be able to help you or point you in the right direction. If your school is indeed open to it, contact the nearest Sigma alumnae chapter to your school and express your interest in having a new chapter at your school. The members will take it from there if they think it's a good idea; however, chartering a new chapter is contingent upon many factors so it may not happen. If it doesn't happen and you are still very interested, seek membership in an alumnae chapter near you once you graduate from college. You can even attend an alumnae chapter's public programs and events now while you are an undergrad and get to know members in your community.

Also, as DrPhil stated, check out the national website which has a wealth of information including info about membership and Intake; however, there is no info specifically about chartering a new chapter. You could also contact headquarters; they will take your info and forward to the nearest alumnae chapter to your school but contacting them directly might be quicker. Good Luck!
