Only groups there that are below total will be doing any COB/COR in the spring. Same for USC. Both schools have formal recruitment in the fall.

Rather than asking a message board full of people who may not have a clue about the colleges you're thinking of, CALL THE COLLEGES YOURSELF. If you can find the right link to apply to the school, you can find out this information as well.

And remember, I said CALL. Not email, or twitter, or facebook, or read rumors on a website. Call the Greek Life or student affairs office and talk to a human.
