Motown Figure Esther Gordy Edwards Dies
 

Motown figure Esther Gordy Edwards died yesterday at age 91.

She helped build Motown Records alongside her brother Berry Gordy, Jr.

She was also the one who turned the original Hitsville USA into the Motown Museum.

I visited that museum last fall. Fascinating place.
