so if i got a bid to sorority xyz and never initiated because i got "kicked" out (for stupid thing) can i rush again the next year

You will be eligible to participate in recruitment in a year.

Whether or not you'll receive a bid is another story.

oh BTW about the username its that because my friend who IS an alpha gamma delta at UGA has this account and let me use it so i didnt have to make one

It's always a "friend's" account. Except you just joined this month and have only posted in the Intro Forum that lets you activate your account.
