Well, it happened AGAIN!

Friday, one of the 2 servers the school uses for internet access went down. I happened to be one of the poor souls on that server, thus no internet till today (monday).

Finally, I find out it's up, but what happens? My computer crashes...AGAIN. So, here I am, this time with internet access, but still can't find my graphics drivers, so I'm screwed once again from being able to see much of anything on my own computer :(.

Anyway...done bitchin for now...thanks :)

Time to invest in a new cp. You don't have to pay for 3 months if you go with gateway.

Well, what i think i'm gonna do is just buy a new motherboard and case, and gut what i have now. Then, with all the parts, build a new computer, and upgrade to XP or something. Only problem with that is, i need to find money first :)

Its time to hit the street corner. I doubt Jess would mind because at least you will get some money to get a cp so you can talk to her more.lol

the best buys in my neck of the woods have a middle of the road pc for about 400 bucks. it's not a bad deal at all. might be something worth looking into.

yeah college is all about being poor, but it's also all about finding artfull ways to get money, have you tried looking for an on campus job? usually those are pretty lax (in fact, i'm getting paid for being on greekchat right now)

campus jobs = min. wage.

but yeah, they are pretty lax.

Mine's in the bio dept...so unrelated to my major.

Hey your jobs sound like fun compaired to mine I have to set in the library and look at microfiche all day it is the most boring thing ever govermental officals have to much to say.

Run for Student Government - back in the 90's they were so desperate for people to be on the SGA that you got paid! I was in charge of Publicity and my sor. sister was Public Relations. We shared our own office and made like 7-8 bucks an hour.

Freshman Year- The Mail Room- basement of Alumni Center
Always looking for help

Soph/Jr Year- I worked for the American Fishing Institute (across from the Mail Room) - easy job- great boss! If she is still there- ask for Amelia and tell her "Sue" sent ya!
