I know that our interest groups are required to send the makeup of the school in the application process, so I was asking the OP if TKE HQ required the same.

I just realized that as a colony, they're all pledges. So I will say: let those who don't have a new wardrobe to worry about buying handle this. :p

35 is what's needed to become a chapter no way around it. After being chartered you need to keep 20 active members. Look at boosting recruitment and ask your regional advisor for suggestions.

This. The 35 is not up for discussion. What is the average chapter size at your school? Does the regional director know you are having issues getting to 35?

Just as an aside, you might want to try getting your colony listed on the Greek Life section of your school's website for fraternities.
