I'm sure it'll pick up soon and will be a big discussion topic. I'm hoping they open registration soon (until then, does anyone have an invitation to share??).

Some of the stuff in the information seems kind of cheesy but some looks promising. I'm most curious about Instant Uploads and how that works exactly.
It'll also be interesting to see how facebook is affected.

Apparently, I received invites from three separate people but haven't been able to use any of them because Google turned off the acceptance of invites until they're able to get more capacity.

My friend offered me an invite, but I have to say that I'm not totally interested until I see people actually decide to use it.
A social networking site is pointless to me if not a large majority of my friends have/use it

If they have a better alternative to FB groups, we'll be there. FB groups were great until they changed the format - now notifying all the group members is a giant pain unless they have the messaging thing turned on...which of course you have to inform them all to do.

I like it so far. I got two active invites overnight.

I got an invite from my eldest son, and two days later I'm in. Apparently I can email out invites? Still trying to figure everything out. So, if you still want an invite and haven't gotten one yet, shoot me a PM and will attempt to share the wealth on a first come first served basis.
