New to greek life? Maybe someone can throw some help or advice my way?
I am 20 years old. I am transferring to FSU a big state school in Florida. I went to a small school where I played sports for a couple years. Now I am coming in as a Junior. I am interested in joining a frat when I start attending classes in the fall. Though I do not know the first thing about greek life! I am active and into sports and want to meet a lot of people and I have heard thats a lot of what greek life is about.
Anyway: How does this process work? Anyone from FSU have an input? Since I am a junior will it be harder to get in or bids or whatever? Any other information would be appreciated thanks! |

From that page "REMEMBER: Fall 2011 IFC Meet & Greek informational will take place on August 30th, 2011 at 8pm in the Oglesby Union for more information contact Brandon Root at bjr09e@fsu.edu". This will be an important event which you should attend." "How do I register for Fraternity Recruitment? Registering for rush is very simple. It is the easiest ways to have fraternities get a hold of you before rush starts. A lot of times fraternities will reach out to you to and invite you to events they host as a way to get to know you better. It is absolutely free. It can be done at IFCfacebook.com. Just fill in the information and you are set for rush." Click the link and you will find abundant information concerning fraternity rush. Read all the information concerning FSU IFC (interfraternity council) recruitment, then go to the home page of the FSU IFC and check out the information there. There are dates and other important info. there. Junior transfers have gotten bids before, so there is a chance that you might too. Good luck and GO NOLES!! |
