Why did my friend stop contacting me??
 

Like no calls, no facebook wall writing, no skype wtf?

So I have a really cool female friend who used to like text me good morning in the mornings and at least 50 more texts throughout the day and we would hang out occasionally. I know what you might be thinking, that we were maybe involved sexually or emotionally somehow but she is different. We talk about other guys/girls to each other and even share relationship strains and issues. Even though we did have sex, she was the first to say that things wont be different between us just because of that. This was last March too.

We talked a lot since then, but all of a sudden she stops any contacts. I am just trying to see if anyone else was in this situation, and if it worked out for them. I mean did your friend start talking after a while? Or can it be because either of you have an SO now. (She doesn't). All my other female friends are great, but this girl was like a guy friend who never got offended by any jokes or stories and was really chill. She was kind of special, but not in a serious 'developing feelings for her' way.

Lame.

Trust me...I HAVE! most of my guy friends just joke around without helping much, and most of my chick friends' answers range from 'maybe she is going through something' to 'she obviously likes you'. Neither of which are true.

That is why I was trying to ask people who would not be biased in their answers. But never mind.

Maybe she changed cell phone plans and her new one doesn't allow for a bunch of pointless texts.

Oh, and anyone who says "nothing at all will change because we had sex" is a big stinky liar. It does - sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse - but there's no way that it doesn't affect you at all.

Maybe she doesnt like you anymore and doesnt have the guts to tell you to leave her alone so she is dealing with it by avoiding you?

Take the hint and leave her alone. If she wants you, she will chase/pursue you, otherwise move on.
