i saw a phi tau shirt at my school for rush that had a picture of a guy with two girls laying in bed and it said "we don't rush, we take our time" on the back

Yes, but such is the culture at my particular campus unfortunately. There has been worse, one fraternity made a rush shirt that said "no girls over 150 after 1:50" HUGE backlash from the panhellenic community (obviously) They apologized and did not allow their members to wear them.
