New Sorority
 

My school doesn't any greek life. I really wanted my college experience to involve greek life and i was wondering how hard it would be to start a new sorority and if i would even work.

It can be a very hard, years long process. That is if your college is even open to the idea. Most colleges that do not have Greek Life are not willing to add it.

This begs the question that if you wanted your college experience to involve Greek Life why did you choose to go to a school that doesn't have it?

There are some types of schools that typically will not recognize greek life organizations, most notably community colleges, technical and vocational schools, and online colleges/universities.

Is there an activities adviser or someone in charge of groups and clubs? Before you put any work into it, I'd find out if they are completely opposed or what.
