I know it's an auxiliary for one of the non-NPHC fraternities established in the midwest but for the life of me I can't recall the name of the org.

Non-NPHC, but BGLO? This is the first I've heard of this group.

SN: The only other "Emerald" group that I'm aware of is the dance team from my high school.
