Where do you order t-shirts from?
I realize there have been a few threads posted on this topic, but most of them have out-dated websites and long, irrelevant tangents so I was hoping to get a new one started!
I need some advice about what online Greek stores are good or bad to order custom, screen-printed tees from. What sites have the best designs and best service? |
CustomInk.com has been particularly good in terms of quality and price for low-volume purchases (ie. < 10).
For larger purchases (~50), my chapter uses PrintHero.com where we've gotten single-color single-sided shirts for ~$4 each. We also get the shipping waived because we're lucky enough to be a 5min walk from their shop even though they're primarily an online-based business. |
Thanks, I will have to check it out. Does customink.com do multi-color prints?

Geneologie is amazing.. they make awesome designs; most of the sororities at UGA use them for at least some of their apparel.
I think they run a little bit more expensive than sites like Custom Ink, but the shirts are usually of a higher quality and the designs that they work with you to make are really good. I don't know what the demographic of your chapter is, and if they would want to pay a little more for shirts (as in $14 tees instead of $11) but it's worth a look. Also, if your chapter is big, they have a "bag and tag" option where every shirt arrives wrapped with a tag saying name and size, so it's easy to make sure nobody accidentally (or not...) takes a size or shirt they didn't order. |
When I was still in college MetroGreek had cute designs (http://metrogreek.com/), still do from looking over the site really quick. Shirts ran about $12 each I think, & they got free shipping

my chapter loves adam block design, they have a gallery full of really original stuff you can take ideas from and they'll tailor your order to fit your pricing needs (e.g. printing on a cheaper shirt or a higher quality shirt depending on your preferences). I believe the minimum order number is something like 24 though

My chapter uses GreekU for most of our custom orders. They are great and easy to work with, their prices are all-inclusive (including art setup, shipping, etc.) and it's founded/owned by Greeks. They have many great designs and will come up with a design for you, a design based on a concept you have, or will even edit art that you create in order to make it T-shirt ready. They have a wide variety of products (including a lot of American Apparel stuff), the prices are excellent, and they're pretty fast. They do screenprinting, embroidery, applique, and rhinestones. They also have a website for individual orders for lettered gear.
We've also used CustomInk, which is great because of the ability to fully design your printing online. |
shirts101.com does a great job too

I LOVE the Adam Block Design site, as well as Geneologie. I'm checking out the others now, but I found a design on ABD that I think I'm going to use for sure. :)
