Rushing a fraternity as a Junior at University of Washington

Hey, so do to me taking a year off from college after high school and missing the application period for UW I have been at community college for the past two years. I should be at UW this fall, and I want to join a fraternity, but after living in the greek system, in an apartment, for the last year I get the sense that any of the really good fraternities, meaning good academics and general popularity, wouldn't let me rush because I am a junior and Ill be 22.
Thoughts?
Comments?
Am I correct?

Work on your spelling first.

I'm chuckling at the irony of the OP's username.

What's with the sudden influx of senior citizens wanting to rush?

They can't all be trolls.

Sounds good to me man, I associated when I was 21 and got a great experience. Leadership experience, etc.

However, I feel a slight sense of regret knowing I'll only have three active semesters
