How to: Formal at the Beach
 

Hey all, Im social chair for my fraternity and the guys want to go to the beach. Ive been looking at houses and talking to people for a while now and have had no real luck. Just when I find a house large enough, they say they dont rent out to school parties (i dont even mention fraternity). My question is how do the other fraternities book houses on the beach? Should I lie and say were a wedding party? Any places I should contact. (this is for the carolinas area)

A lot of people just lie & never go back to that company again. Not the best policy. Can't tell you anything about the specific location. This is for formal?
