May be an off-campus house rather than Chapter house:
http://www.myfoxny.com/dpp/news/mult...e-20110206-lgf The address of the house is 55 Indiana Ave. It is two blocks from the edge of the Youngstown State University campus. Initial reports were that the home was a fraternity house. Zillow lists the property as a 4-bedroom 2-bath home with 4,259 square feet. |
