There was a stock board I frequented and I discovered an amazing thing. When I had a feminine sounding name, no one would answer any questions or respond to my comments. I changed it to random letters and numbers. All of a sudden, my opinion and questions became important. Posters were interested in my comments. THEY THOUGHT I WAS A MAN. I can understand why someone might want to change their alias. There were times when I wanted to spout off, but "JAM" wouldn't say some of the things I was thinking. It didn't take long to see that here on GC, you really should be who you are and within reason share what you're thinking. Not everyone will agree or appear to like you, but there are plenty of those who will accept you (warts and all) just as you really are.

And, that will be the latest edition of "GC Mysteries". ;)

Yes, I found it very funny how I was treated as "curiouss" in contrast to SH80.

I don't really care whether you "buy" it or not. It's the truth. I guess we mods are a little brighter than you think. ;)

Well, Jess, she's got two screen names already... why not splurge and get three? Who knows how many personalities are hiding in there? :) :D
