Speaking of hard work, I hope you won't be offended if I mention Theta Omicron Chapter of Delta Tau Delta at the University of Northern Colorado.

They have been a "Court of Honor" chapter (given to the top 20 Delt Chapters) for the past five years -- and a "Hugh Shields Award" winner (the top chapter award given to the top 10 chapters in the fraternity) three of the past five years.

The chapter just celebrated the fifth anniversary of it's founding last month.

It doesn't get much better than that.

Hey! Just wanted to tell everyone hard work pays off!! Last night my chapter received the most improved chapter award along with the overall greek participation award and outstanding new member program award!!! We also came in first in tug!!! (That is something people start conditioning for in November and practicing in January!!!!!) So way to go!! Just wanted to brag!!! I am so proud of my sisters!!!
