My friends want to reinstate a BGLO on my campus, can anyone help?
 

I was wondering (and so is a frind of mine) what it takes to get a chaper reinstated(?) on a campus. My friend is interested in re starting Delta Sigma Theta, which was on our campus from 1973/1976 until 1999(i think ) . The last group of ladies graduated out leaving no one to keep it alive on our campus. I know that on other campuses in WI there are chapters, but according to my friend, those chapters do not want to help out and bring the chapter back to our campus.
I offered her my best advise and told her i'd ask the GC peoples, because i have little knowledge on it.
Can anyone help me out?
